1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 7–14 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • It must be unused and undamaged
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, personal care products, nursing items, baby food, and opened skincare products are non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, variant, or product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for faster service. Exchanges are processed only after we receive the original item in good condition.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened baby skincare or grooming products
  • Breast pumps, nursing pads, or personal hygiene items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., baby food)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
