- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries.

We offer the following shipping options:

Currently, we ship to:
- All regions within Bangladesh
- International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working on expanding soon!
📦 Tracking Your Order

❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please:

❌ Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal will be refunded (minus shipping charges). If you’d like the order re-shipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
